Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Communications Manager to join our team in Startex, SC. Key Responsibilities

- Provide training and support to employees on effective communication practices, ensuring message delivery is aligned with Amazon's brand values.
- Foster relationships with media professionals and influencers to amplify Amazon’s reach and messaging.
- Ensure all communications are on-brand, aligned with business objectives, and meet compliance standards.
- Participate in and contribute to marketing meetings, steering the messaging for special campaigns and product launches.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications roles, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong understanding of media relations, social media platforms, and digital communications strategies.
- Proven experience in managing communications during a crisis; experience in corporate communications is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure the impact of communication strategies.
